24 <br />1 with the requirements of the National Flood Insur- <br />2 ante Program. The report shall include a description <br />3 of the methods used to determine compliance, the <br />4 number of insured credit unions examined during <br />5 the reporting year, a listing and total number of in- <br />6 sured credit unions found to be in noncompliance, <br />7 actions taken to correct incidents of noncompliance, <br />8 and an analysis of compliance, including a discussion <br />9 of any trends, patterns, and problems, -and rec- <br />10 ommendations regarding reasonable actions to im- <br />11 prove the efficiency of the examinations processes.". <br />12 SEC. 207. PENALTIES AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS FOR FAII, <br />13 URE TO REQUIRE FLOOD INSURANCE, FA- <br />14 CROW, OR NOTOT. <br />15 Section 102 of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of <br />16 1973 (42 U.S.C. 4012a) (as amended by sections 202(a) <br />17 and 204(a)) is further amended by adding at the end the <br />18 following new subsections: <br />19 "(f) CWM PENALMS.- <br />20 "(1) IN GENERAL.—A regulated lending institu- <br />21 tion that is found to have a pattern or practice of <br />22 violating this section shall be assessed a civil penalty <br />23 by the appropriate Federal entity for lending regula- <br />24 tion of not more than $350 for each such violation. <br />25 A penalty under this subsection may be issued only <br />
