FLOOD DISASTER PROTECTION ACr of 1973. <br />8 <br />(a) IN GEATERAL.—Section 3(a) of the Flood Disaster <br />9 <br />Protection Act of 1973 (42 U.S.C. 4003(a)) is amended - <br />10 <br />(1) by striking paragraph (5) and inserting the <br />11 <br />following new paragraph: <br />12 <br />"(5) `Federal entity for lending regulation' <br />13 <br />means the Board of Governors of the Federal Re - <br />14 <br />serve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Cor - <br />15 <br />poration, the Comptroller of the Currency, the Office <br />16 <br />of Thrift Supervision, and the National Credit <br />17 <br />Union Administration Board, and with respect to a <br />18 <br />particular regulated lending institution means the <br />19 <br />entity primarily responsible for the supervision, ap- <br />20 <br />proval, insuring, or regulation of the institution;"; <br />21 <br />(2) in paragraph (6), by striking the period at <br />22 <br />the end and inserting a semicolon; and <br />23 <br />. (3) by inserting after paragraph (6) the follow - <br />24 <br />ing new paragraphs: <br />
