The Facility is designed to <br />produce a maximum of kilowatts ("KW") of electric power at an 85% lagging to 85% leading power factor. The <br />Facility'slocation and generation capabilities are as described in the table below. <br />TECHNOLOGY AND GENERATOR CAPABILiTIFS <br />Location: Specific legal description (e.g„ metes and bounds or other legal <br />description With street address required) <br />Cid' <br />County: <br />Generator Type (Induction or Synchronous) <br />Type of Facility (Hydrogen produced from sources other than fossil fuels, biomass <br />as defined in Section 25-17.210 (2) F.A.C. , solar energy, geothermal energy, wind <br />energy, ocean energy, hydroelectric power; waste.heatfrom sulfuric add <br />manufacturing operations: or <1001c -IV cogenerator) <br />Technology <br />Fuel Type and Source <br />Generator Rating (KVA) <br />Maximum Capability (KW) <br />Minimum Load <br />Peaking Capability <br />Net Output (KW) <br />Power Factor (%) <br />Operating Voltage (kV) <br />Peak Internal Load KW <br />The following sections (a) through (e) are applicable to Renewable Energy Facilities ("REFs") and section (e) is only <br />applicable to Qualifying Facilities with a design capacity of 100 KW or less: <br />(a) <br />(b) <br />If the QS is a REF, the QS represents and warrants that (i) the sole source(s) of fuel or power used by the Facility <br />to produce energy for sale to FPL during the term of this Contract shall be: such sources as arc defined in and <br />provided for pursuant to Sections 30.91(2) (a) and (b), Florida Statutes, and FPSC Rules 25-;17.210(1) and (2), <br />1' A:C.; (ii) Fossil fuels shall be Limited to the minimum quantities necessary for start-up, shut -down and for <br />operating stability at minimum load; and (iii) the REF is capable Degenerating the amount of capacity pursuant to <br />Section.5 atlas Agreement without the use of fossil fuels. <br />The Parties agree And acknowledge that' if the QS is a REF, the QS will not charge for, and FPL shall have no <br />obligation to pay for. any electrical energy produced by the Facility from a source of fuel or power except as <br />specifically provided for in paragraph i(a) above. <br />(Continued on Sheet No. 9.032) <br />Issued by: S.
