FACILITY DEVELOPMENT AND PERFORMANCE <br />• Subinit a detailed engineering, procurement, construction, startup and commercial operation schedule. The schedtde shall <br />include milestones for bile acquisition, engineering phases, selection of the major equipment vendors, architect engineer, EPC <br />contractor, anal Facility operator, steam host integration, told delivery of major equipment. A discussion of the current status of <br />each milestone should also be included where applicable. <br />• Attach a diagr ilii of the power block. arratigenient. Provide a list of the major equipment vendors 'and the name and model <br />number of the major equipmrtent to be instilled. <br />• Provide a detailed description of the proposed environmental control technology for the Facility and describe the capabilities <br />Of the proposed technology. <br />• Attach preliminary flow diagrams for the steam system, water system, and fuel system, and a main electrical one line diagram <br />for the Facility. <br />• State the expected heat rate (HHV) at 75 degrees Fahrenheit for loads of 100%, 75%, and 50%.
