Resolution 92-83 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />1. The Board agrees in principle to enter into an interlocal <br />agreement with the municipalities in the County and the <br />Florida Department of Transportation to formally create <br />the Vero Beach MPO; and <br />2. The Board agrees to a Vero Beach MPO apportionment plan <br />which shall be as follows: <br />nine voting members with representation as <br />follows: <br />- four members of the Indian River County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />- two members of the Vero Beach City Council <br />- one member of the Sebastian City Council <br />- one member of the Indian River Shores Town <br />Council <br />- one member of the Fellsmere City Council <br />two non-voting members with representation as <br />follows: <br />- one member of the Orchid Town Council <br />- one member of the Indian River County School <br />Board <br />3. The Board appoints the following four Board members <br />to serve on the MPO governing board and to serve on <br />the board of an interim MPO: <br />Commissioner Eggert <br />Commissioner Bowman <br />Enmmissioner Bird <br />Commissioner ee e—fr <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock , seconded by Commissioner Bird , and <br />adopted on the 16 day of June 1992, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Carolyn K.
