A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />J.R. SMITH, CLERK <br />being achieved. Paragraph (12) of the subgrant agreement requires the Sub -Recipient to submit a quarterly <br />report that identifies the progress made on the project and will at a minimum include details regarding the <br />status of all work in progress, work that has been completed, and work that has yet to begin. All work must <br />be performed and completed in accordance with the Scope of Work. The report will also provide a detailed <br />breakdown that supports the expenditure of funds under this Agreement, as well as any other information <br />requested by the Division. These reports are due to the Division no later than 15 days after the end of each <br />quarter of the program year and shall be sent each quarter until submission of the administrative close-out <br />report. In the event that a Sub -Recipient fails to timely submit this report, the Division will enforce the <br />following: <br />• Withhold 0.1 percent of the entire eligible amount obligated every day the report is late <br />OR <br />• Withhold $500.00, whichever is less. <br />The Division retains the right to impose financial consequences for instances of non-performance or non- <br />compliance not specifically addressed in this section. <br />29 <br />
