P2018-23.003.1.2 <br />Dear Ms. Powell, <br />Within the content of this letter is a Proposal for Architectural/Structural Engineering Services to provide a <br />Structural Building Evaluation and Architectural/Engineering Bid Documents for Renovation/Re-Purposing <br />of the existing Historic Residence into a Museum. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The following Scope of Work is anticipated for the re -purposing of the existing Residence into a Museum: <br />1. Structural Evaluation of the existing Floor, Walls and Roof System. <br />2. Structural Repairs of the existing Floor, Walls and Roof System as needed per the Evaluation Report. <br />3. Removal of interior walls per provided Floor Plan sketch.. <br />4. Convert the existing Kitchen to Office type Breakroom. <br />5. Convert the Laundry Room into an Office. <br />6. Open the enclosed Front Porch. <br />7. Re -wire the Residence for Commercial Use: Exhibits, Wall Displays, Televisions and Floor Outlets. <br />8. Replace floor with hardwood floors (old pine). <br />9. Interior lighting plan. <br />10. Exterior security lighting Plan. <br />11. Refinish Walls/ceilings. <br />12. Provision for Small Interior Storage Room. <br />13. New Air Conditioning for Commercial use. <br />A brief description of the work covered by this Proposal includes the following: <br />1.
