To execute and/or modify grant agreements, subgrant agreements, and other <br />agreements involving Federal or State financial assistance for programs <br />administered by the Bureau of Response; <br />2. To approve reimbursement requests and make payments in support of contracts, <br />grants, or other forms of agreement for programs administered by the Bureau of <br />Response; <br />3. To approve Travel Authorization Requests (TARS) for all authorized in-state travel <br />by Bureau of Response Employees (Your own travel will be approved by me or my <br />designee); and, <br />4. To approve claims for travel reimbursement for expenses incurred by personnel <br />within the Bureau of Response (Your own travel will be approved by me or my <br />designee); and, <br />5. To approve requisitions for purchase orders of an amount less than $35,000 (Any <br />requisitions for purchase orders in excess of $35,000, or requiring the approval of <br />the Department of Management Services, shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />Director or his designee); and, <br />6. To approve Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC) mission <br />requests; <br />7.
