were made, which schedule shall be updated to the date of <br />closing. With respect to the customers' advances listed <br />on this schedule, UTILITY represents that there exist no <br />repayment obligations, except as described in said <br />schedule. <br />CV r a <br />(12) A list of customer deposits by name and account number, <br />setting forth the amount of each individual deposit and <br />the aggregate total thereof. This item shall be furnished <br />by UTILITY at least ten (10) days before closing and will <br />be updated to date of closing. <br />(13) A schedule of all existing warranties by third parties <br />respecting completed or in -progress construction work <br />which are assignable to COUNTY. <br />with reference to the above Exhibits, if any of such Exhibits <br />are already prepared and available, they will be delivered to <br />COUNTY concurrently with the execution of this Agreement. <br />Other Exhibits will be furnished within the thirty (30) day <br />period mentioned above. With respect to plans and maps, <br />reproducibles will be furnished if available, and, if not, <br />copies of same will be acceptable by COUNTY. <br />
