E�] <br />•• <br />appropriate regulatory agencies to Coralstone, c•oralstone shall <br />submit to Service Company one copy of sewer service permit(s) <br />and approved plans. If construction commences prior to all <br />such approvals and any other approvals required hereunder, <br />Service Company shall have no responsibility to accept such <br />off-site System nor to perform routine inspections of such <br />off-site System, and Service Company may elect to terminate <br />this Agreement and/or not provide service to Coralstone until <br />such time as Coralstone obtains such required approvals and <br />Service Company has witnessed all of its required inspections <br />and tests. <br />After approval of the plans, specifications and shop <br />drawings by Service Company and appropriate regulatory <br />agencies, Coralstone, or the engineer of record, shall set up a <br />preconstruction conference with engineer of record, utility <br />contractor, appropriate building official(s), all other utility <br />companies involved in the development of the property, and <br />Service Company, It is understood that approval at one period <br />does not automatically provide approval for future plans, <br />specifications, etc., even if future plans and specifications <br />are identical to the originally approved' plans and <br />specifications, in view of constant technological improvements <br />and regulatory changes from time to time. <br />Coralstone shall provide to Service Company's <br />inspector a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice, excluding <br />weekends and holidays, prior to commencement of construction. <br />Coralstone shall cause to be constructed, at Coralstone's own <br />cost and expense, the off-site Systems as shown on the approved <br />plans and specifications. <br />During the construction of the off-site Systems by <br />Coralstone, Service Company shall have the right to inspect <br />such installations to determine compliance with the approved <br />plans and specifications. The engineer of record shall also <br />inspect construction to assure compliance with the approved <br />plans and specifications. Service Company, engineer of record <br />aad utility contractor shall be present for all standard tests <br />for pressure; lift station start-up and acceptance tests for <br />the exfiltration, line and grade, infiltration and all other <br />normal engineering tests to determine that the off-site Systems <br />have been installed in accordance with the approved plans and <br />specifications, good engineering practices, and American Water <br />Works Association criteria, as well as other federal, state and <br />local regulations which are applicable. Coralstone agrees to <br />pay to Service Company, or Service Company's authorized agent, <br />a sum to cover the actual cost of all inspections of <br />installations made by Coralstone or Coralstone's contractor, <br />which charge shall be in conformance with Service Company's <br />Uniform Sewer Service Policy. <br />Upon completion of construction, Coralstone's engineer <br />of record shall submit to Service Company a signed copy of the <br />certification of completion submitted to the appropriate <br />regulatory agencies and certified to Service Company. The <br />engineer of record shall also submit to Service Company ammonia <br />mylars of the as -built plans, including one set of mylars and <br />three sets of blue -line drawings, prepared and certified by the <br />engineer of record, and one set of ammonia mylars of the <br />recorded plat, including the dedication sheet(s) and three sets <br />of blue -line drawings thereof. <br />By these presents, Coralstone hereby covenants to <br />transfer to Service Company title to all Systems installed by <br />Coralstone or Coralstone's contractor shown in Exhibit "C" of <br />this Agreement dealing with those facilities that will be /�, <br />transferred from Coralstone to Service Company, pursuant to thEy / <br />5 Y,J 10 <br />
