Application for Service: Consumer Installj- <br />tions - Coralstone, or any owner of any parcel of property, or <br />• any occupant of any residence, building or unit located within <br />the Property shall be subject to the then effective rules and <br />regulations of Service Company. <br />0 Although the responsibility of connecting to the meter <br />and/or lines of Service Company at the point of delivery is <br />that of Coralstone or entity other than Service Company, the <br />parties agree as follows with respect to all consumer <br />0 installation connections within Coralstone's franchise area: <br />If a commercial kitchen, cafeteria, restaurant or <br />other food preparation or dining facility is <br />constructed within the Property, the Service Company <br />shall have the right to require that a grease trap be <br />constructed, installed and connected so that all waste <br />waters from any grease producing equipment within such <br />facility, including floor drains in food preparation <br />areas, shall first enter the grease trap for removal <br />before the wastewater is delivered to the lines of the <br />Service Company. Size, materials and construction of <br />such grease trap shall be approved by Service <br />Company. <br />Any water which is directed to a grease trap shall <br />have sufficient cooling time so as not to exceed 80° F <br />upon entering said grease trap. <br />All garbage can wash -down areas shall be designed so <br />as to provide a six-inch high curb around said <br />wash -down area and shall be no greater than six inches <br />larger than the can on any side. All surrounding <br />drainage shall be directed away from can wash area. <br />Can <br />trap Wash water shall not be directed to any grease <br />All gas stations, automobile service bays or any other <br />use for which Service Company determines may cause oil <br />or grease to enter Service Company's sewer system by <br />way of floor drains or other means shall provide a <br />sufficiently sized and designed oil/grease trap as <br />approved by Service Company. <br />Where and as possible, community and/or commercial <br />laundry wastes should be absorbed and shall be <br />disposed of by means of an interceptor tank and <br />absorption bed or drain field. Such installations <br />shall be in accordance with the design standards of <br />Chapter 1OD-6, Florida Administrative Code. <br />Service Company reserves the right to periodically <br />inspect all oil/grease traps and to require <br />Coralstone's customers to pump out said oil/grease <br />traps in order to restore proper operation of this <br />facility. <br />Coralstone agrees that sewage to be treated by Service <br />Company from Coralstone's property will consist of <br />domestic wastewater and further agrees that it will <br />not allow any abnormal strength sewage to flow from <br />the Property to Service Company's sewage treatment <br />facility that will cause harm to the treatment <br />process.
