RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 083 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING <br />A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-2021 FOR CERTAIN <br />NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has held the <br />necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth <br />in the budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of the <br />citizens of Indian River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth for the following funds: <br />Special Revenue Funds <br />Other Debt Service Fund <br />Capital Projects <br />Enterprise Funds <br />Internal Service Funds <br />$ 54,002,630 <br />$ 500,000 <br />$ 25,961,764 <br />$ 58,567,528 <br />$ 41,584,870 <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner 0Bryan , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Susan Adams AYE <br />Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher AYE <br />Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan AYE <br />Commissioner Bob Solari AYE <br />Commissioner Tim Zorc AYE <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and adopted this 23rd day <br />of September, 2020. <br />Attest: Jeffrey R.
