Cox, P.E. <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Request for Floodplain Cut and Fill Balance Waiver for Lot 5, Block 15, Vero <br />Lake Estates, Unit 3 <br />REFERENCE: Project No. 95030125 <br />DATE: April 13, 1995 CONSENT AGENDA <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />M.G.B. Homes, Inc. has submitted a building permit application for a single family residence <br />on the subject property. The site is located in an AE special flood hazard zone, base flood <br />elevation 22.3 ft. N.G.V.D. In the attached letter from the applicant's engineer dated April <br />10, 1995, a waiver of the cut and fill balance requirement is requested. The lot area is 1.07 <br />acres. The volume of the 100 year floodplain displaced by the proposed grading plan is <br />estimated to be 44.66 cubic yards. <br />APRIL 259 1995 8 <br />
