Homes, Inc. has submitted a building permit application for a single family residence <br />on the subject property. The site is located in an AE special flood hazard zone, base flood <br />elevation 22.3 ft. N.G.V.D. In the attached letter from the applicant's engineer dated April <br />10, 1995, a waiver of the cut and fill balance requirement is requested. The lot area is 1.07 <br />acres.
