April 25, 1995 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 25, 1995, <br />at 9:00 a.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Fran B. <br />Adams, Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Carolyn K. Eggert; and John <br />W. Tippin. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and P. J. <br />Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Macht called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Tippin led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Chairman Macht requested the following additions to today's <br />Agenda: <br />1. Item 5, Proclamation, The Week of the Young <br />Child. <br />2. Item 13-A-1, discussion on partial year assessment <br />legislation. <br />3. <br />Item <br />13-A-2, <br />discussion on illegal <br />dumping in Fellsmere. <br />4. <br />Item <br />13-A-3, <br />comments on victims' <br />rights. <br />Commissioner Eggert requested the addition of Item 13-D, <br />appointment of representatives to MedeVac Ad Hoc Committee. <br />Administrator Chandler requested the addition of Item 10, <br />discussion regarding the budget workshop status report. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously added the <br />above items to the Agenda. <br />APRIL 259 1995 1 <br />
