Division 1—General Requirements, IRC -1801A <br />SECTION 01820 - POST FINAL INSPECTION <br />1.1 GENERAL <br />A. Approximately one year after Final Completion, the OWNER will make arrangements with <br />the Construction Coordination Manager and the CONTRACTOR for a post final inspection <br />and will send a written notice to said parties to inform them of the date and time of the <br />inspection. <br />B. Corrections of defective work noted by OWNER and Construction Coordination Manager <br />shall comply with the applicable sections of Article 13, General Conditions. <br />C.
