Information Management <br /> The SMS information management requirements in this chapter pertain to: <br /> • Oversight/updates to the Senior Resource Association SMS <br /> • Oversight/updates to SMS manuals and other related documentation <br /> • Oversight of SMS information generated through the routine monitoring of the SMS and <br /> associated operations <br /> Operating an SMS generates a significant amount of data, documents, and reports. Proper <br /> management and recordkeeping of such data is crucial for sustaining an effective SMS.
