PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing <br />at 9:05 AM on Tuesday, February 20, 1990 in the Commission <br />Chambers located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida to <br />discuss the advisability, cost and the amount of the <br />assessments against each property for paving and drainage <br />improvements, to: <br />8th Avenue from 2nd Street to South Relief Canal, <br />9th Avenue from 2nd Street to South Relief Canal, <br />10th Avenue from 2nd Street to South Relief Canal, <br />13th Avenue from 2nd Street to 4th Street <br />and 134th Street South of Roseland Road <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the same public hearing, <br />the Board of County Commissioners shall also hear all interested <br />persons regarding the proposed assessments contained in the <br />preliminary assessment rolls for thi—improvements described <br />above. The preliminary assessment rolls are currently on file <br />with the Clerk to the Board. <br />If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the <br />Commission with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, <br />he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such <br />purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the <br />proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and <br />evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the foregoing <br />recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock <br />who moved its adoption.
