Unlawful for livestock to run at <br />large; harboring -wild animals_ <br />It shall be unlawful for any livestock to run at <br />large within Indian River County, Florida. It shall_ be <br />unlawful to kee an wild animal in violation of the <br />- 2k-- ---��_ <br />provisions of Chapter -372, Florida Statutes, and -regulations <br />promulgated__by-_the-_Florida Game and Fresh Water Fish <br />SECTION 5. <br />Section 3-16(a), Code of Laws and Ordinances of <br />Indian River County, is hereby amended as follows: <br />(a) Any violation of this chapter, constitutes a <br />civil infraction and may be punishable by a civil penalty <br />not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00).
