BOOK 95 NA E 36 <br />As allowed under provisions of the LDRs, Mr. Feldman is requesting <br />an 18 month extension of the preliminary plat approval. Staff has <br />no objection to the Board granting the request, since the <br />previously approved preliminary plat substantially conforms to <br />current LDR requirements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve Mr. <br />Feldman's request for an 18 month extension of the conditional <br />preliminary plat approval for the proposed Victoria Lakes <br />Subdivision, with all original preliminary plat approval conditions <br />to remain in effect. The new preliminary plat approval expiration <br />date will be December 9, 1996. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />approved David Feldman's request for an 18 - <br />month extension of the conditional preliminary <br />plat approval for the proposed Victoria Lakes <br />Subdivision, with all original preliminary <br />plat approval conditions to remain in effect; <br />new expiration date December 9, 1996. <br />G.
