The Children's Home Society - Modification to County Deed <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of April 26, 1995: , <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />2,9-(F4� (�j 3(ss•� <br />FROM: Charles P. Vi unac, County Attorney <br />DATE: April 26, 1995 <br />RE: The Children's Home Society <br />At a recent Board of County Commissioners' meeting the Board voted to allow <br />The Children's Home Society an additional five years to construct a facility <br />for homeless children on the land sold by the County to the Society for <br />$25,000. This new condition allows the County advance approval for whatever <br />construction will occur on the property and again allows the County to <br />declare a reverter in five years if the condition has not been met. <br />Recommendation: Staff recommends approval and authorization for the Chairman <br />to sign the attached Modification to. County Deed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Modification to County Deed as <br />recommended by the County Attorney. <br />MODIFICATION TO COUNTY DEED HAS BEEN FILED <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />I.
