Tuesday, May 16, 1995 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, May 16, 1995, at <br />9:00 a.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Fran B. Adams, <br />Vice Chairman; Richard N. Bird; Carolyn K. Eggert; and John W. <br />Tippin. Also present were James E. Chandler, County Administrator; <br />Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Patricia Ridgely, Deputy <br />Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, Reverend Joe Brooks <br />delivered the invocation, and Chairman Macht led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Commissioner Eggert requested the addition of item 11.B., <br />Animal Services bid status report. <br />Commissioner Adams requested addition of item 10.C., an update <br />on the enforcement efforts on the dump situation. <br />Chairman Macht requested addition of item 13.A.2., Department <br />of Environmental Protection workshop. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />added the above items to the agenda. <br />BOOK V� PA�� <br />May 16, 199527 <br />I <br />
