Mae, Stet, boom do <br />BroelosdrJa, FL Sf601 <br />1�117drr0�0 <br />FAX fM) M4477 <br />The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners increasingly hes been concerned with <br />requirements placed on local governments by state and federal agencies though legislation and <br />Codes without attention being given to costs. This of course is commonly referenced es Unfunded <br />mandates. <br />The extent of these unfunded mandates is evidenced by the enclosed invoice in the amount of <br />37.421.482. which represents the major costs of unfunded mandates for Hernando County for FY <br />941'95. <br />The Board of County Commissioners unanimously moved to forward this invoice to the State of <br />Florida. through your office. for payment. <br />Vcry truly yours, <br />CHARI.EB B.
