Page 2 <br />As -Built Resolution and Final Assessment Roll for 51s' Avenue Petition Millings Project <br />(65th Street to 67th Street) <br />The Final Assessment Roll has been prepared and is ready to be delivered to the Clerk to the Board. <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the two (2) year payment plan so that assessments <br />can be paid within 90 days or spread out over two (2) equal installments, the first to be made twelve <br />(12) months from the due date and the subsequent payment to be due the next year at an interest <br />rate of 5.00% as established by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />FUNDING <br />The total project cost $40,457.31 <br />75%to. be paid by property owners = $30,342.98 <br />2% Collection fee (75% figure) = $606.86 <br />Total assessment = $30,949.84 <br />25% to be paid by the County = $10,114.33 to be allocated from the Secondary Roads Gas Tax <br />Account No. 10921441-035510-16019, Petition Paving — 51St Avenue (65th Street to 67th Street). <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners move to approve the As -Built Resolution and <br />the Final Assessment Roll. The Final Assessment Roil and Assessment Map are available for viewing <br />in the Board of County Commissioner's Office and are to be transferred to the Department of Utility <br />Services for billing and collection. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
