Objective 1 - Service Concurrent with <br />Development <br />By 1991, the county will have adopted land development regulations requiring <br />potable water service to be provided concurrent with development. <br />Level of Service Standards <br />• Equivalent Residential Unit of Capacity = 250 GPD <br />• Wellfreld capacity shall be the average daily use plus the largest well being <br />out of service. <br />• Storage tank capacity shall be at least 1/2 of the average daily consumption <br />volume. <br />• High service pump capacity shall at least be equal to the maximum daily <br />demand. <br />• Pressures of the high service pumps for the county plants shall be a <br />minimum of 40 PSI delivery pressures. <br />• At fire flow conditions the system shall be able to provide delivery pressures <br />of 20 PSI. <br />• Water quality shall at least meet EPA and State of Florida safe drinking <br />water requirements. <br />Comprehensive Plan Requirements <br />Objective 2 - Water Distribution System <br />Water Sub -Element - Objective 2 <br />By 1995, 30% of the existing residential units and 50% of the <br />existing non-residential establishments within the 1995 <br />potable water service area shown in Fig. 3. B.8 of the sub - <br />element will be connected to a regional potable water <br />system. <br />■ Objective 2 - Policy 2.3 <br />The list of subdivisions having undersized lots - within the <br />service area designated as requiring potable water service <br />due to public health threats shall be updated annually - and <br />shall be given priority for the provision of public water over a <br />new development requesting service at the same time. <br />Comprehensive Plan Requirements <br />Objective 2- Sewer Collection Facilities <br />Sewer Sub -Element - Objective 2 <br />• By 1995, 40% of the existing residential units and 60% of the <br />existing non-residential units within the 1995 wastewater <br />service area shown in Fig. 3.A.9 of the sub -element will be <br />connected to a regional sanitary sewer system. <br />■ Objective 2 - Policy 2.3 <br />• The list of subdivisions having undersized lots - within the <br />service area designated as requiring'sanitary sewer service <br />due to public health threats shall be updated annually - and <br />shall be given priority for the provision of public sanitary <br />sewer services over a new development requesting service <br />at the same time. <br />3 <br />MAY 189 1995 <br />BOOK 95 PA.
