40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-_43_ <br />1. A public hearing for the purpose of renouncing <br />and disclaiming any right of the County and the public to <br />the above-described land Is hereby set for May 1, 1990 at <br />9:05 a.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, 1840 25th <br />Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />2. Notice of said public hearing shall be <br />published at least one time in a newspaper of general <br />circulation in this County at least two weeks prior to May <br />1, 1990. <br />The following resolution was offered by <br />Commissioner Scurlock and seconded by Commissioner <br />Wheeler and, being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Vice Chairman Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Aye <br />Commissioner Gary C.
