No. 90- 150 <br />WHEREAS, any special assessment not paid within said <br />ninety (90) day period shall bear interest beyond the due date at <br />a rate established by the Board of County Commissioners at the <br />time of preparation of the final assessment roll, and shall be <br />payable in two (2) equal installments, the first to be made <br />twelve (12) months from the due date and subsequent payments to <br />be due yearly; and <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and <br />anticipated usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of <br />County Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvement, to wit: <br />E 1 Acre of S 2 Acres of E 20 Acres of Tract 9, less <br />road right-of-way. <br />W 1 Acre of S 2 Acres of E 20 Acres of Tract 9. <br />From SE corner of Tract 16, same being SE corner of <br />Section 4, run W 40.03 FT, then with a deflection angle <br />of 87 degrees, 54 minutes, 20 seconds to right, run N <br />650.43 FT to Point of Beginning, then continue N 689.99 <br />FT to N line of Tract 16, then with an interior angle <br />of 91 degrees, 06 minutes, 34 seconds, run W 285.49 FT <br />to NW corner of E 10 Acres of Tract 16, then with an <br />interior angle of 88 degrees, 52 minutes, 56 seconds, <br />run S 690.01 FT, then with an interior angle of 91 <br />degrees, 06 minutes, 53 seconds, run E 285.38 FT to <br />Point of Beginning on W right-of-way line of 43rd <br />Avenue & also less additional right-of-way for 43rd <br />Avenue as per Official Records Book 789, page 2112. <br />N 217.7 FT. of W 10 Acres of E 20 Acres of Tract 16, <br />less E 25 FT. <br />S 217.7 FT of N 435.4 FT of W 10 Acres of E 20 Acres of <br />Tract 16, less E 25 FT. <br />S 217.7 FT of N 653.1 FT of W 10 Acres of E 20 Acres of <br />Tract 16, less 25 FT. <br />S 217.7 FT of N 870.8 FT of W 10 Acres of E 20 Acres of <br />Tract 16, less E 25 FT. <br />S 200 FT of N 1070.8 FT of W 10 Acres of E 20 Acres of <br />Tract 16, less E 25 FT. <br />E 175 FT of W 10 Acres of E 20 Acres of Tract 16, less <br />E 25 FT & N 1070.8 FT. <br />S 145 FT of N 1015 FT of E 10 Acres of Tract 16, less <br />road right-of-way. <br />2 <br />
