Second Resolution 11'/8/90(UTIL)Reso3(DO/Vk) t RESOLUTION NO. 90-177 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 25TH AVENUE NORTH OF EIGHTH STREET AND-BTFlEiF 1N7ERE5TE6 PERSONS WR APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF CONSTRUCTING A NEW WATER MAIN AS WELL AS AN EXTENSION TO THE EXISTING EIGHTH STREET WATER MAIN; AS TO THE COST THEREOF; AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFOR; AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by Resolution No. 90-_]16 determined that It is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the area described hereafter, that a water main be installed in approximately 16 proper- ties hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that the cost to be specially assessed with respect thereto shall be $$0.0932 per square foot; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to be completed and filed in the Utility Services Department; and WHEREAS, 411-46, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the properties to be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of constructing such system, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property benefited thereby, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
