12-07-90(RES)TPO(PWD)TBT/rt <br />RESOLUTION 90- 190 <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />PLEASE TARE NOTICE that the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, will hold a Public <br />Hearing at 9:05AM on Tuesday, February 12, 1991 in the Commission <br />Chambers located at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida to <br />discuss the advisability, cost and the amount of the assessments <br />against each property for construction of a recreation path on the <br />west side of AlA from the south city limit of Vero Beach to the <br />south Moorings line (Spyglass Lane). <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at the same public <br />hearing, the Board of County Commissioners shall also hear all <br />interested persons regarding the proposed assessments contained <br />in the preliminary assessment rolls for the improvements <br />described above. The preliminary assessment rolls are currently <br />on file with the Clerk to the Board. <br />If any person decides to appeal any decision made by <br />the Commission with respect to any matter considered at this <br />hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for <br />such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the <br />proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and <br />evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />CMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, the foregoing <br />recitals are affirmed and ratified in their entirety. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Scurlock who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Bird and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Richard N.
