DEQ 21'4 193 8C0 70 FACE 4 4 <br /> • <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br /> FOR THE SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT BY THE SAME <br /> METHOD USED FOR THE COLLECTION OF AD VALOREM TAXES <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made this 22nd day of December^ • <br /> 1987, by and between INDIAN RIV5V-COUNTY, a political <br /> subdivision of the State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero <br /> Beach, FL 32960, (305) 567-8000 (COUNTY), and DAVID NOLTE, <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER, a constitutional <br /> officer of the State of Florida, 1840 25th Street, Vero <br /> Beach, FL 32960, (305) 567-8000, <br /> WITNESSETH : <br /> THAT the COUNTY and the PROPERTY APPRAISER agree <br /> as follows: <br /> 1 . Pursuant to the requirements of <br /> §197.363(1) (a), Florida Statutes, 1986 Supplement, the <br /> PROPERTY APPRAISER shall assist the COUNTY in the <br /> preparation of a special assessment roll for the Solid, Waste <br /> Disposal District, pursuant to the same procedures used for <br /> the collection of ad valorem taxes; and <br /> 2.
