NMCE IS dERMY GIM that the Board of County Cmmdwicnsm of <br />Indian River Canty, Florida (the "Board" and "Oannrty t, respectively) will <br />mast On Feb. 21st , 1989, at 9;05A.M. in the County Carnissicn Chambers <br />at Vero Beach, Florida, to hear any and all couplaints of those owners of <br />Property to be assessed Special Assessments in Lieu of pact Fees <br />("") and any other interested persons. The County has <br />approved amain iRmwerients which consist of the acquisition and <br />oonstnution of alterations, extansions and additions to the sanitary <br />aw4age collection, transmission, treatment and disposal system facilities <br />of the Canty in certain unincorporated areas in the northern portion of <br />the Canty and in certain areas of the City of Sebastian, Florida, more <br />particularly described in Plans and specifications on file with the County <br />(the "erect") • The Assessments are being made in connection with the <br />Project, are being made only with the written consent of the owner of the <br />properties to be assessed and are in lieu of tho Lypact f. <br />3aposed by the County. <br />A description of each Property to be assessed and the amamt to be <br />assessed to each PrriY may be ascertained at the office of the Clerk of <br />the County. <br />7he Assessments shall be paid in ten (10) equal annual installments <br />together with interest on the outstanding amount of the applicable <br />Assessment at a rate not to exceed two percent (2%) above the interest <br />rats on bands to be issued by the County in connection with the <br />3 <br />
