Where used in conjunction with paved <br />spaces, the non -paved spaces shall be <br />located so as to be used less often than <br />the paved spaces. <br />3. For all uses except infrequent uses, non - <br />paved parking spaces shall be directly <br />accessed from a paved driving aisle. <br />(6) Unpaved vehicle storage lots. Unpaved vehicle <br />storage lots may be approved and established via <br />the provisions of Chapter 914 subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a. The vehicle storage lot use is allowed in the <br />zoning district in which the storage lot is <br />proposed. <br />b. The storage lot surface shall be stabilized, <br />in a manner suitable for the proposed use, as <br />approved by the ublic works director or his <br />designee10101- . <br />C. The storage lot shall be screened from any <br />adjacent road right-of-way by a type "D" <br />buffer with three (3) foot (or greater) opaque <br />feature. <br />d. The storage lot shall be buffered from any <br />residentially designated property as required <br />in Chapter 911. <br />e. Stormwater management facilities shall provide <br />the greater of: <br />1. Detention or retention of the increase in <br />runoff from the mean annual twenty four- <br />hour storm; or <br />2. One (1) inch of runoff. <br />f. The site plan shall note that all required <br />parking spaces are provided separately from <br />the storage lot surface and that the required <br />parking space surface conforms with the <br />requirements for such parking spaces. <br />B. Section 954.09 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Off-street loading regulations.
