NOTICE' OF ,ESTABLISHMENT OR CHANGE <br />LAND • DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS <br />AFFECTING THE USE OF LAND. <br />The Indian River County Board of Courcy Commissioners proposes to adopt or change regulations affecting the <br />use of land for the area shown in the map in this advertisertront. <br />Two public hearings on the regulations afFecting the use of land will be held, ane on Monday, May 1.5, 1995 <br />at 5:01 p.m. and one on Wednesday, May 31, 1995 at 5:01 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers in the <br />County Administration Building located at 1840 25th Street,,Vero Beach, Florida. <br />Proposed changes to the Land Development Regulations (LDRs) effective in the unincorporated area of the <br />coumy consist of an ordinance containing various LDR. amendments, and include changes to the following LDR <br />chapters: <br />• Chapter 901, Definitions <br />• <br />Cho pter 902, Administrative Mechanisms' . <br />• Chapter 911, Zoning <br />• Chapter 912, Single Family Development <br />Chapter 913, Subdivisions & Plats <br />• Chapter 914, Site Plan Review & Approval Procedures - <br />•Chapter 917, Accessory Uses and Structures ' <br />• Chapter 930, Stormwater Management & Floodplain_ Protection <br />• Chapter 934, Excavation & Mining <br />• Chapter 951, Road Addressing System <br />• Chapter 952, Traffic <br />• Chapter 954, Off -Street Parking <br />• Chapter 956, Sign Regulations <br />• Chapter 971, Regulations for Specific Land Use Criteria <br />• Chapter 972, Temporary Uses <br />Topics relating to said amendments include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />1.
