_I <br />Boa 95 PA,E 247 <br />ORDINANCE 95-10 <br />(7) Driveway Criteria <br />Driveway design shall conform to requirements <br />herein set forth and shall conform to the <br />guidelines of the Federal Highway Administration, <br />Report No. FHWA-RD-76-87, "Technical Guidelines for <br />Control of Direct Access to Arterial Highways,' <br />dated August, 1975, and the Institute of <br />Transportation Engineers recommended practice as <br />set forth in "Guidelines for Driveway Design and <br />Location," dated 1974. Both guidelines are adopted <br />by reference, and a copy of each shall be <br />maintained for public inspection in the office of <br />the - . public works director or his <br />designee. <br />12. Minimum Driveway Widths for Certain Residential Projects. <br />Section 952.08(1)(e) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(e) Minimum right -of -way -and Pavement Requirements; Credit <br />for Dedicated Land. The following minimum pavement <br />widths and right-of-way widths shall be provided either <br />at the time of development or in the future, as deemed <br />necessary by the public works director. Full <br />compensation must be provided to the applicant by the <br />county for right-of-way dedications regarding non -site, <br />related improvements on all roadways except minor (local) <br />roads.
