f <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89- 2 <br />4 <br />I'f rl <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of facsimile <br />F signatures is as authorized by Section 116.34, Florida <br />Y Statutes, the "Uniform Facsimile Signature of Public <br />Officials Act." <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by <br />Commissioner Scurlock and the motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Bird _W and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Gary C. Wheeler Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner Margaret C. Bowman Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Don C.
