2/15/89(UTIL)Reso2(CS/Vk)TP <br />���i ! 605023 ; <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-20 <br />j <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN <br />LIEU OF IMPACT FEES IN CONNECTION WITH <br />A SANITARY SEWER PROJECT OF THE COUNTY <br />LOCATED IN THE NORTH PORTION OF THE <br />COUNTY AND PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />s <br />River County, by Resolution No. 87-142, adopted December 1, <br />1987, determined to make special assessments in lieu of <br />Impact fees against certain properties to be serviced by a <br />3r't •. <br />sanitary sewer project of the County located in the northern <br />portion of the County; <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which <br />said special assessments shall be made and how said special <br />assessments are to be paid; <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by <br />§11-52, Indian River County Code; <br />WHEREAS, an assessment roll in connection with said <br />special assessments has been prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County passed Resolution No. 89-12 on January 24, <br />1989, which set a time and place for a public hearing at <br />which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other <br />interested persons would have the chance to be heard as to <br />any and all complaints as to said project and said special <br />assessments, and for the Board to act as required by §11-53, <br />Indian River County Code; <br />WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br />hearing was published in the Press Journal Newspaper on <br />February 6, 1989, and February 13, 1989 (twice one week <br />apart and the last being at least one week prior to the <br />hearing) as required by §11-52, Indian River County Code; <br />U Ill"32G�'�f-AO <br />This doennaent Was prepareii iiq ) <br />and 6ho <br />i&,l tae rei-!a•,1cc3 to . <br />tli® County A 10 .S NJ 6Z Or 68 <br />1840 251h St., Va e'o <br />Florida 3,9960 <br />R. 835 '6 1041 <br />
