Bowman Aye <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly <br />passed and adopted this 21st day of February, 1989. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY �G[/��ss•G��' <br />Attesx ; . ---ea ry . eeTer� - <br />— <br />Cha' man <br />e ey. on, rTeTR- <br />Attachment: ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />2 <br />O.R. 835 P6 1042- <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-20 <br />�C <br />t <br />f <br />_ <br />WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices <br />< <br />on February 3, 1989 (at least ten days prior to the hearing) <br />as required by 411-52, Indian River County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County on February 21, 1989, -at 9:05 A.M. conducted <br />the public hearing with regard to the special assessments; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The special assessments shown on the attached <br />assessment roll are hereby confirmed and approved, and shall <br />remain legal, valid, and binding first liens against the <br />properties assessed until paid in full. <br />2. That the Clerk is hereby directed to record the <br />special assessments and this resolution, which describes the <br />properties assessed and the amounts of the special <br />assessments, on the public records which shall constitute <br />prima facie evidence of the validity of the special <br />assessments. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Scurlock and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Eggert M and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Gary C.
