}tl <br />r <br />} iA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89 - <br />ti <br />Coast Regional Planning Council with written confirmation <br />from the Indian River County School Board stating that the <br />impact of the development upon the educational facilities of <br />the County has been addressed and that services can be <br />provided at adequate levels. <br />POLICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY <br />26. a. Prior to construction on site, the developer shall <br />certify to the County planning department that a con- <br />struction security system is in place prior to commence- <br />ment of construction. At a minimum, the security system <br />shall include continuous patrolling and other measures <br />such as fencing and lighting. <br />b. Prior to site plan release and issuance of any building <br />permits for any portion of the Harbor Town Center <br />project, the developer shall provide the County and <br />T.C.R.P.C. with written confirmation that the County <br />Sheriff's Department has sufficient manpower and equip- <br />ment to serve the project at adequate service levels. <br />C. Prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for <br />any portion of the project, the developer shall certify <br />to the County planning department that all security <br />measures and commitments referenced in Section 29 of the <br />ADA are in place and will be operational concurrent with <br />the operation of the project. <br />FIRE PROTECTION <br />27• a. Any site plan application for any portion of the region- <br />al commercial facility (mall) shall include construction <br />plans and/or plans for the provision of water storage <br />capacity necessary to the project for fire protection; <br />said plans must be approvable by the County Department <br />Of Utility Services. The water storage capacity shall <br />be a minimum of 250,000 gallons or more if deemed <br />necessary by the County Department of Utility Services <br />-15- <br />
