Mehta, P.E. <br />19 January 2021 <br />Page 3 <br />Phase 2 — Prepare July 2018 — December 2020 Technical Report <br />Geosyntec will prepare the Technical Report for the Class I landfill and C&D debris disposal <br />facility. The report will summarize and interpret water quality data and water level <br />measurements collected over the last two and one-half (2.5) years of operation and covering five <br />(5) semi-annual reporting events from July 2018 through December 2020 and evaluation <br />monitoring data collected during this period. The Technical Report will comply with the <br />requirements of the Facilities WQMPs, and will address the following: <br />• tabular and graphical display of the data that show a monitoring parameter has been <br />detected, including hydrographs for all monitoring wells; <br />• trend analysis for detected parameters; <br />• comparison among shallow, intermediate and deep zones; <br />• comparison between up -gradient and down gradient monitoring wells; <br />• correlation between related parameters; <br />• discussion of erratic and/or poorly correlated data; <br />• an interpretation of groundwater contour maps; and <br />• an evaluation of the adequacy of the monitoring plan. <br />Geosyntec will submit the report to the FDEP by 31 January 2021. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Geosyntec will initiate work immediately upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) from SWDD. <br />The Technical Report will be submitted to FDEP by 31 January 2021. <br />BUDGET ESTIMATE <br />Geosyntec proposes to perform the above -referenced work on a lump sum basis for $31,109.90. <br />A budget estimate for the scope of work outlined in Phases 1 and 2 of this proposal is <br />summarized in the following table, and a detailed budget estimate is provided as Attachment 1. <br />The budget estimate presented in this proposal is based on Geosyntec's understanding of the <br />project requirements, our experience gained from executing similar tasks for SWDD during 2007 <br />and 2008 as well as in 2020, and experience with compliance monitoring, and reporting at <br />similar facilities. <br />NCP2021_3028/JL21002 IRC LF Technical Report.doc <br />
