Reafti`ng; <br />Community Developmo <br />FROM: Stan Boling, <br />Planning Director <br />DATE: May 31, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Developer Agreements for the Indian River Mall Project <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of June 6, 1995. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />For several weeks, staff and representatives and agents of the <br />DeBartolo Corporation have drafted, reviewed, and negotiated three <br />agreements relating to development of the Indian River Mall <br />project, which includes a mall, shopping center, and peripheral <br />development.
