WORK ORDER NUMBER 6 <br />PROJECT NAME: HCP Sea Turtle Monitoring 2021— North and South County <br />This Work Order Number 6 is entered into as of this day of 11 <br />pursuant to that certain Continuing Contract Agreement for Environmental and Biological Support <br />Service, dated October 10th, 2017 and renewed on October 15, 2019 for 2 years, referred to as the <br />("Agreement"), by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida <br />("COUNTY") and Ecological Associates, Inc., ("Consultant"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the Environmental Biological Support <br />Services set forth on Exhibit A (Scope of Work), attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by <br />this reference. The Environmental and Biological Support Service will be performed by the Consultant at <br />a fixed rate not to exceed $58,252.25. The Consultant will perform the Environmental and Biological <br />Support Service within the timeframe more particularly set forth in Exhibit A, attached to this Work <br />Order and made a part hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provision set forth <br />in the Agreement.
