ARCHITECTURAL/ ENGINEERING PROPOSAL <br />FOR A NEW INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />TRAFFIC OPERATIONS FACILITY AND STORAGE STRUCTURE <br />March 10, 2021 <br />Page 3 <br />• Development of the on-site drainage calculations and report. It is understood that the project should only require <br />assessment of Pre and Post Impervious areas to ensure the new building project remains within the previously permitted <br />impervious area allotment for the site. Therefore, this contract does not include re -modeling of the existing wet <br />detention pond and surrounding County Complexes.
