Commissioner Eggert emphasized that transmittal to the DCA for their comments does not mean the project has been approved, although she is certainly in favor of such a project in that general area. This is simply the first step. Commissioner Bird felt all the safeguards are not yet in place but this is only the f irst step in a long approval process. He believed there must be a certain amount of trust and faith and we are dealing with a family who has been here a long time and whose word can be accepted.
