Boa 95 PAGE 375 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-69 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County held a Transmittal Public Hearing on June 13, 1995, after <br />advertising pursuant to F.S. 163.3184(15)(b)(1), and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners announced at the <br />transmittal public hearing its intention to hold and advertise a <br />final public hearing at the adoption stage of the plan amendments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />1. The above recitals are ratified in their entirety. <br />2. The following proposed amendment is approved for <br />transmittal to the State of Florida Department of <br />Community Affairs for written comment: <br />Request to amend the Comprehensive Plan to <br />redesignate approximately 36.5 acres located at the <br />northwest corner of 98th Avenue and S.R. 60 from M- <br />1, Medium -Density Residential -1 (up to 8 <br />units/acre) to C/I, Commercial/ Industrial Node; and <br />to amend the Comprehensive Plan to redesignate <br />approximately 36.5 acres located on the south side <br />of Oslo Road, east of 82nd Avenue, from C/I, <br />Commercial/Industrial Node, to PUB, Public <br />Facilities. <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Eggert and seconded by Commissioner Tippin and upon <br />being put to a vote the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner John W.
