moi 95 mt 377 <br />Community Development Director Robert Keating reviewed the <br />Comp Plan amendment process, advising that this is the first public <br />hearing before the Board of County Commissioners on the current <br />land use amendment request. If the Board approves _the transmittal <br />of this application to the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) in <br />Tallahassee for their 90 -day review, a second and final public <br />hearing will be scheduled to consider any comments made by the DCA <br />and whether to adopt an ordinance amending the Comp Plan by <br />redesignating the land use and rezoning the property. (Oslo Road), and east of U.S. #1, the subject property <br />includes over two miles of shoreline along the west bank of the <br />Indian River Lagoon.
