Thanks for writing and please accept my apology for the slowness <br />of my response. Gathering data from the Florida Department of <br />Transportation and other sources required some time. Macht, Chairman <br />County Commission <br />Attorney Dill then reiterated that the criteria has not been <br />met for redesignation and respectfully requested on behalf of his <br />clients that the Board deny the application. He then introduced <br />Les Solin, a member of American Institute Certified Planners with <br />a masters degree and 29 years planning experience. Mr. Solin lived <br />in Indian River County for 13 years, was the first planning <br />director for the City of Vero Beach, was involved in the planning <br />for Indian River Shores and the City of Sebastian, and specializes <br />in land use plans. <br />Lester L.
