He then introduced <br />Les Solin, a member of American Institute Certified Planners with <br />a masters degree and 29 years planning experience. Mr. Solin lived <br />in Indian River County for 13 years, was the first planning <br />director for the City of Vero Beach, was involved in the planning <br />for Indian River Shores and the City of Sebastian, and specializes <br />in land use plans. <br />Lester L.
