IRC -2022 SC -5.09 Acceptance of Bonds and Insurance; Option to Replace SC -5.09 Delete GC-5.09(paragraph A)in its entirety. SC -6.02 Labor; Working Hours SC -6.02.6. Add the following paragraphs immediately after paragraph GC -6.02.8: 1. Regular working hours are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding Indian River County Holidays, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 2. Indian River County Holidays are: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Working on these days will not be permitted without prior written permission and approval from the Construction Coordination Manager.. 3. The CONTRACTOR shall receive no additional compensation for overtime work, i.e., work in excess of eight hours in any one calendar day or 40 hours in any one calendar week, even though such overtime work may be required under emergency conditions and may be ordered by the ENGINEER in writing. 4. All costs of inspection and testing performed during overtime work by the CONTRACTOR, which is allowed solely for the convenience of the CONTRACTOR, shall be borne by the CONTRACTOR, and a credit given to the OWNER to deduct the costs of all such inspection and testing from any payments otherwise due the CONTRACTOR. S. All costs of OWNER's employees and costs of ENGINEER's Consultant resulting from overtime work by the CONTRACTOR, which is allowed solely for the convenience of the CONTRACTOR, shall be borne by the CONTRACTOR, and a credit given to OWNER to deduct all such costs from any payments otherwise due the CONTRACTOR. 6. No work shall commence before 7 a.m. or continue after 5 p.m. except in case of emergency upon specific permission of the ENGINEER. SC -6.06 Concerning Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Others SC -6.06.C. Add the following sentence at the end of paragraph GC-6.06.C.- OWNER C-6.06.C. OWNER or ENGINEER may furnish to any such Subcontractor, Supplier, or other individual or entity, to the extent practicable, information about amounts paid to CONTRACTOR on account of Work performed for CONTRACTOR by a particular Subcontractor, Supplier, or other individual or entity. SC -6.08 Permits SC -6.08 Add the following paragraphs immediately after paragraph GC -6.08.A: 1. The OWNER has obtained the following permits (copies of these permits are contained in Appendix A): Indian River Farms Water Control District — Permit #21-07 2. The CONTRACTOR shall obtain and pay for all other required permits and licenses. The CONTRACTOR shall provide copies of the permits to the OWNER and ENGINEER and shall comply with all conditions contained in the permits at no extra cost to the OWNER.
