There <br />will be a charge for each of the County's 5 water treatment plants. <br />Attorney Vitunac recommended the strategy should be on the <br />political front in conjunction with all other counties as to why <br />the State is doing this. However, filing an administrative appeal <br />will at least vest our rights and raise the issue. <br />CONSENSUS was reached that staff should file <br />an administrative appeal and contact FACo <br />regarding their position in this matter. <br />JULY 119 1995 38 <br />
