Please note: signatories of any previous version of the SMAA still retain status as an SMAA <br />signatory, but are bound to the language of their most -recently executed version. <br />EMPA recipients must maintain accurate contact information of all SMAA signatories within their <br />county. SITE IDENTIFICATION DATA/LOCATIONS AND STATEWIDE EMERGENCY SHELTER PLAN <br />(SESP) SHELTER INVENTORY AND RETROFIT <br />Throughout the period of this Agreement, the Recipient must maintain current County Emergency <br />Management Director and Alternate contacts and other contacts through the Division's SharePoint portal <br />available at https:Hportal.floridadisaster.org, to include, but not limited to County Director and Alternate <br />contacts and State Mutual Aid Agreement contacts; <br />The Recipient must maintain SharePoint site identification data including, but not limited to location and <br />attribute information for fire stations, law enforcement, emergency medical services, emergency <br />operations center(s) and call centers; <br />The Recipient must maintain WEBEOC (CSAs) and County Points of Distribution (PON), and; <br />The Recipient must complete, and upload SESP Shelter Inventory and Retrofit information on the <br />WEBEOC SESP Shelter Inventory board in accordance with Florida's statewide Hurricane Shelter Space <br />Deficit Elimination program. <br />In order to demonstrate successful completion of task 3 for quarter 3, the Recipient must submit the <br />following items in the Division's SharePoint Portal and WEBEOC: <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />• Attachment G - The Recipient must maintain current county emergency management and other <br />contacts through the Division's SharePoint portal available at https://Portal.floridadisaster.org to <br />include County Director and Alternate contacts, State Mutual Aid Agreement contacts; <br />
