7. INSURANCE. <br /> (a) During the Term,Licensee will maintain at its own cost: <br /> (i) Commercial General Liability insurance with limits not less than One Million and <br /> No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per one occurrence Two Million and No/100 Dollars ($2,000,000.00) <br /> aggregate; <br /> (i) Commercial Auto Liability insurance on all owned, non-owned and hired <br /> automobiles with a minimum combined limit of not less than One Million and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($1,000,000.00)per occurrence; and <br /> (iii) Workers Compensation insurance providing the statutory benefits and not less than <br /> One Million and No/100 Dollars($1,000,000.00)of Employer's Liability coverage. <br /> Licensee will include the Licensor as an additional insured on the Commercial General Liability and Auto <br /> Liability policies. <br /> (b) During the Term,Licensee and Licensor shall each maintain"all risk"property insurance <br /> on a replacement cost basis for their owned personal property. <br /> 8. INTERFERENCE. <br /> (a) Prior to or concurrent with the execution of this Agreement,Licensor has provided or will <br /> provide Licensee with a list of radio frequency user(s) and frequencies used on the Property as of the <br /> Effective Date. Licensee warrants that its use of the Premises will not interfere with those existing radio <br /> frequency uses on the Property, as long as those existing radio frequency user(s) operate and continue to <br /> operate within their respective frequencies and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. <br /> (b) Licensor will not grant,after the date of this Agreement, a lease, license or any other right <br /> to any third party, if the exercise of such grant may in any way adversely affect or interfere with the <br /> Communication Facility, the operations of Licensee or the rights of Licensee under this Agreement. <br /> Licensor will notify Licensee in writing prior to granting any third party the right to install and operate <br /> communications equipment on the Property. <br /> (c) Licensor will not, nor will Licensor permit its employees, Licensees, licensees, invitees, <br /> agents or independent contractors to,interfere in any way with the Communication Facility,the operations <br /> of Licensee or the rights of Licensee under this Agreement. Licensor will cause such interference to cease <br /> within twenty-four(24)hours after receipt of notice of interference from Licensee. In the event any such <br /> interference does not cease within the aforementioned cure period,Licensor shall cease all operations which <br /> are suspected of causing interference (except for intermittent testing to determine the cause of such <br /> interference)until the interference has been corrected. <br /> (d) For the purposes of this Agreement, "interference" may include,but is not limited to, any <br /> use on the Property that causes electronic or physical obstruction with, or degradation of, the <br /> communications signals from the Communication Facility. <br /> 9.
