To assure full and complete utilization and compliance the fiber cable provided, the <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide personnel certifications for those persons to be <br />engaged in the project. The Contractor's "Foreman" and "Project Manager" must <br />show experience with at least 3 projects of similar size and scope prior to initiating <br />any activity on the project. <br />2.2.3 Workmanship <br />Throughout the entire project, the CONTRACTOR shall attempt to alleviate the <br />impact on the adjacent lot OWNERS and the traveling public. Part'.cular attention <br />shall be given to neatness and thoroughness of the installation operation and the <br />burial of the underground storage loops and conduit system. The fiber cable shall <br />be handled with care to avoid any damage and shall be buried at a depth consistent <br />with the plans. <br />2.2.4 Incidental Work and Materials <br />The intent of these TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS is that the work to be done <br />under this CONTRACT shall be neat; finished, full and complete in every detail <br />and ready for use and operation for the purpose for which it is intended. All <br />materials furnished under this CONTRACT shall be new and the most current at <br />the time of advertisement for bid and purchased for use in this CONTRACT. The <br />CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, tools, .implements, materials, machinery <br />and equipment necessary to complete the installation and post -installation bare <br />fiber cable test for this work. The cost of all incidentals, minor and miscellaneous <br />items work and materials not specified or shown which are necessary to complete <br />and maintain the work shall be included in the price bid for other items in the <br />CONTRACT, and no other compensation will be allowed. The CONTRACTOR <br />shall pay all shipping costs for the equipment furnished and installed under this <br />CONTRACT. <br />2.2.5 Warranty <br />The equipment supplied for this project shall be guaranteed for a period of one <br />year after final acceptance of the overall project. The CONTRACTOR shall be <br />responsible for repairing and/or replacing all workmanship and material supplied <br />under these TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The CONTRACTOR shall also <br />bear the total shipping cost of delivery and transportation costs related to the <br />repair of the returned equipment and material throughout the CON` RACT. The <br />CONTRACTOR shall also bear the total responsibility for replacement of the fiber <br />cable if damaged during the installation process for any reason other than an act of <br />God. The CONTRACTOR shall transfer to the OWNER any warranties and <br />guarantees remaining on all items after final acceptance.
